The last several days have left me really, really stressed. A big decision was made and has left me quite stressed, resulting in 4 hours of sleep the previous two nights.
On work days, I’m awake at 5 am. I’m sort of a morning person so I generally don’t have a problem with this. But for the record, I like to normally get about 10 hours of sleep each night on the weekend, longer if I have no plans. It isn’t uncommon for me to sleep until 10-11 am while going to bed at the same time as during the week.
It isn’t that I have a lack of things to write about now, just not the mental stamina at the moment.
